摘 要:用扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析等方法研究了增压气体氮化及贝氏体等温处理工艺对60Si2CrA钢的微观组织与机械性能的影响特性。结果表明:退火态试验钢经520℃增压(0.4 MPa)氮化7 h后,渗层深达225μm,表面硬度达600 HV;增压氮化后再加热到1000℃保温30 min,然后快速放入270℃盐浴炉中停留48 h,得到了大量的超细低温贝氏体组织。与传统淬火加中温回火工艺相比,将这两种工艺结合后,60Si2CrA钢的强度、塑性及韧性均显著改善,强塑积提高74%,综合力学性能大幅度提高。The influence of pressurized ammonia gas nitriding and low-temperature bainite treatment on microstructures and mechanical properties of steel 60Si2CrA steel was investigated by using optical metallography,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction.The results show that after the nitriding at 520℃for 7 h(0.4 MPa),the surface hardness and depth of nitriding layer of the annealed steel reached 600 HV and 225μm,respectively.After being treated by pressurized nitriding,austenitization at 1000℃for 0.5 h,followed by quenching into salt bath at 270℃for 48 h,a lot of ultra-fine low-temperature bainite were obtained.Compared with the traditional process(quenching plus medium-temperature tempering),the strength,plasticity and toughness of 60Si2CrA steel are significantly improved by combining the abovementioned two processes.The strength and elongation of the products are increased by 74%and,thus the comprehensive mechanical properties are greatly improved.
