摘 要:电热综合能源系统作为能源互联网的重要组成部分,促进了能源在更广阔范围内的配置。首先,本文提出了一种多目标电热综合能源系统低碳经济调度模型,充分挖掘了储热装置、电锅炉以及电储能的风电消纳特性;其次,系统考虑需求侧响应的影响,通过峰谷分时电价优化负荷曲线,有效削减了负荷峰谷差,为风电上网提供了空间;最后,采用多目标细菌群体趋药性算法对低碳经济调度问题进行求解。仿真分析了实施峰谷分时电价前后系统的风电消纳情况,并对储热装置、电锅炉以及电储能对系统风电消纳的效果进行了分析。仿真结果验证了所建立低碳经济调度模型的合理性和所采用算法的有效性。An important part of the energy internet,the electric-heating integrated energy system has promoted the deployment of energy in a wider range.First,a multi-objective low-carbon economic dispatch model of the electric-heating integrated energy system is established,and the wind power dissipation capacities of heat storage devices,electric boilers,and electric energy storage are fully excavated.Second,considering the influence of demand response,the peak-to-valley TOU electricity pricesare adopted to optimize the load curve toprovide more space for wind power to connect thegrid.Finally,a multi-objective bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm(MOBCC)is used to solve the low-carbon economic dispatch problem.The wind power consumption of the system before and after the peak-to-valley TOU electricity price is implemented and simulated,and the impacts of heat storage devices,electric boilers,and energy storage on the wind power dissipation of the system are analyzed.Simulation results verify the rationality of the established low-carbon economic dispatch model and the effectiveness of the algorithm used.
