摘 要:针对布料仿真中单向摩擦特性所导致的布料运动稳定性弱的问题,提出了双向摩擦特性的Dahl模型处理布料摩擦接触的仿真方法。首先,采用忽略质点弹簧模型中剪切弹簧力的方法对布料进行建模,保证布料模型的稳定性,同时通过设定形变系数的最大值来约束布料的弹性形变,从而达到改善超弹的目的;其次,为进一步增强风场中布料运动的稳定性,在Dahl模型的布料摩擦力的计算过程中,引入表示双向摩擦力的微分项,不仅完善布料的摩擦特性,还提高了绘制的效率;最后,利用插值法的思想通过质点位置、距离当前质点位置的最小值以及最大值这3个因子来优化二分法的时间步长,从而达到复杂度相同的情况下,绘制速度得到提高的目的。实验结果表明,该方法不仅能够实时地绘制出布料与物体摩擦接触的实验效果,而且提升了绘制的速度,同时增强了布料运动的稳定性。In order to solve the problem that the cloth motion stability is weak due to the unidirectional friction characteristic in the cloth simulation,a simulation method of the cloth friction contact with the Dahl model with the bidirectional friction characteristic is proposed.Firstly,the model is modeled by ignoring the shear spring force in the particle spring model to ensure the stability of the model.At the same time,the elastic deformation of the cloth is constrained by setting the maximum value of the deformation coefficient,so as to improve the superelasticity.Secondly,in order to further enhance the stability of cloth movement in the wind field,a differential term representing bidirectional friction was introduced in the calculation process of cloth friction in Dahl model,which not only improved the friction characteristics of cloth,but also improved the drawing efficiency.Finally,the idea of interpolation is used to optimize the time step of the dichotomy through three factors,namely the particle position,the minimum value from the current particle position and the maximum value,so as to achieve the goal of increasing the drawing speed under the same complexity.The experimental results show that this method can not only draw the experimental effect of friction contact between cloth and object in real time,but also improve the drawing speed and enhance the stability of cloth motion.
