我国优秀女子竞走运动员吕秀芝与世界优秀女子20公里优秀选手运动学对比研究

摘　　要：吕秀芝是我国优秀的女子竞走运动员,多次获得国内外冠军,本研究运用文献资料法、解析法等对吕秀芝和国外优秀运动员进行分析。研究结果表明:吕秀芝步长充分(与世界优秀选手相比,大腿夹角也最大),步频大于世界优秀运动员,整体的重心移动速度还需要提高;膝关节着地、垂直支撑、离地角度均符合规格的要求,离地面瞬间膝关节角度在参赛选手当中最大,但并不是动力的主要来源;踝关节,离地瞬间踝关节角度偏小,踝关节蹬伸幅度偏小,踝关节蹬伸不充分,说明吕秀芝踝关节力量偏小,建议加强踝关节力量方面的训练,加强踝关节的力量、柔韧、灵活性训练;撩小腿的情况还有,摆动最小膝关节角度偏小,容易给裁判以跑的感觉,容易被判罚腾空犯规,腾空时间偏大,处于裁判判罚的边沿;摆动速度还需要提高,上肢差距更大,摆臂角度偏小。Lv Xiuzhi is an excellent female race-walking athlete in our country and has won many championships at home and abroad.This study uses literature and analytical method to analyze Lv Xiuzhi and foreign outstanding athletes.The results show that the step size of Lv is ideal(the angle of thigh is also the largest compared with the world’s outstanding players),the step frequency is faster than that of the world’s outstanding athletes,while the overall center of gravity movement speed needs to be improved.Her knee joint landing,vertical support,and off-ground angle all meet the specification requirements,the knee angle at the moment of leaving the ground is the largest among the competitors,but it is not the main source of power.Her angle of ankle joint is small,the range of ankle joint extension is small,ankle joint extension is not sufficient,indicating that her ankle strength is small.It is suggested to increase ankle strength training,strengthen ankle strength,flexibility and agility training.The situation of lifting the leg still exists,the minimum swing angle of the knee joint is too small,which is easy to give the referee the feeling of running and be punished;her flying time is too long,which is on the edge of the referee’s penalty;her swing speed needs to be improved;and her upper limb gap is weak with limited swing angle.
