摘 要:目的职业实用性体育课程是在树立学生“健康第一”的理念上,培养学生体育锻炼的习惯,同时增强学生的身心健康,提高高职院校学生的社会适应能力,适应未来职业体能的特殊需求。方法运用文献法、问卷法和数理统计法,对以上海农林职业技术学院为主的几所高职院校进行了相关问卷调查。结果职业类院校学生锻炼习惯较好,锻炼意识较强且动机明确,但与此同时学生对职业实用性体育课程的认知度表现异同,对未来所从事岗位的职业病了解甚少,对职业体能的需求不太清晰,对学校体育课程改革的意愿较为明确。结论高职院校应与时俱进,积极开展职业实用性体育课程,它与时代相适应,对促进学生更好更快更强的适应将来的职业有很好的推动作用,而学校和体育相关部门也应继续提高和完善职业实用性体育课程,更要注重实际价值。Objective:Vocational practical physical education curriculum is to establish the concept of“health first”for students,cultivate students’habit of physical exercise,enhance students’physical and mental health,improve students’social adaptability in higher vocational colleges,and adapt to the special needs of future professional physical fitness.Methods:By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on several higher vocational colleges,mainly Shanghai Vocational and Technical College of agriculture and forestry.Results:Vocational college students have good exercise habits,strong exercise awareness and clear motivation.However,students’awareness of professional practical physical education curriculum is different,they know little about the occupational diseases of their posts in the future,their demand for professional physical fitness is not clear,and their willingness to reform school physical education curriculum is clear.Conclusions:Higher vocational colleges should keep pace with the times and actively carry out professional practical physical education courses,which can promote students to adapt to the future career better,faster and stronger.Schools and sports related departments should also continue to improve the professional practical physical education curriculum,and pay more attention to the practical value.
