“精准扶贫”背景下湘西地区民族体育旅游的发展策略研究

摘　　要：“精准扶贫”的国家政策将为湘西地区民族体育旅游的发展带来新活力、注入新动力。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等对湘西地区部分旅游景点民族体育旅游现状进行调查分析。经研究湘西地区民族体育旅游的发展还存在以下问题:民族体育旅游的项目还比较单一;从事民族体育项目的人才缺乏,民族体育传承发展的前景不明朗;民族体育旅游的创新创意形式方法不丰富;民族体育旅游的开发力度不强,笔者建议当地政府、旅游部门以及参与旅游产业的企事业单位从以下几个方面:加强政府管理和引导、扩大社会融资规模、依托创新提升旅游品质、科学整合民族体育旅游资源、多方式宣传民族体育旅游、注重线上与线下相结合的方式为切入点将湘西地区民族体育旅游事业发展得更加美好。The national policy of“targeted poverty alleviation”will bring new vitality and power to the development of national sports tourism in Western Hunan.This paper uses the methods of literature and expert interview to investigate and analyze the current situation of national sports tourism in some scenic spots in Western Hunan.The following problems exist in the development of national sports tourism in Western Hunan:the development of national sports tourism is insufficient;the projects are relatively single;the talents engaged in national sports are not enough;the development and inheritance prospects of national sports are lack;the innovation and creativity of national sports tourism are not rich;and the development of national sports tourism is not strong.Therefore,the author suggests that local governments,tourism departments,and enterprises and institutions participating in the tourism industry develop the national sports tourism in Western Hunan from the following aspects:strengthening the government management and guidance,expanding the scale of social financing,relying on innovation to improve the quality of tourism,scientific integration of national sports tourism resources,multi-way publicity of national sports tourism,and focusing on the way of combining online and offline development.
