区块链技术在资本项目外汇管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：当前金融科技领域中,分布式记账被认为是极具发展潜力的技术之一,其中区块链技术最具代表性。在此背景下,各国际组织、各国中央银行以及监管部门均针对区块链技术展开研究,以求依托最前沿的金融科技技术来实现金融稳定的管理目标。本文就区块链技术在资本项目外汇管理中的应用展开研究。首先从综合管理、直接投资、跨境融资及资本市场四个方面值得改进的问题入手;然后结合区块链技术找出解决方案;最后得出相应的政策建议。In the current fi nancial technology fi eld,distributed accounting is considered one of the technologies with bright future,of which blockchain technology is the most representative.In this context,international organizations,central banks,and regulatory authorities have launched researches on blockchain technology in order to rely on the most cutting-edge financial technology to achieve financial stability management goals.This article conducts researches on the application of blockchain technology in capital account foreign exchange management.Firstly,start with the problems thouse could be improved in the four aspects of comprehensive management,direct investment,cross-border financing and capital markets;secondly,find solutions based on blockchain technology,and involve related improvement methods;finally,draw corresponding policy recommendations.
