摘　　要：经济全球化与贸易自由化是世界经贸发展的正确方向,近年来贸易保护主义盛行、多边主义频遭挑战,RCEP这一全球最大自贸协定的签署,恰是标志着自由贸易与多边主义的胜利,并为我国新时期外贸发展注入积极因素。基于这一背景,本文结合RCEP协定内容,立足吉林省自身优势与涉外经济发展特点,分析协定为我省带来的机遇,提出推动“十四五”时期我省外贸高质量发展的政策建议。Economic globalization and trade liberalization are the correct direction for world economic and trade development.In recent years,trade protectionism has prevailed and multilateralism has been frequently challenged.The signing of RCEP,the world's largest free trade agreement,is a sign of the victory of free trade and multilateralism.,And inject positive factors into my country's foreign trade development in the new period.Based on this background,this article combines the content of the RCEP agreement,based on the advantages of Jilin Province and the characteristics of foreign-related economic development,analyzes the opportunities brought by the agreement to our province,and proposes policy recommendations for promoting the high-quality development of our province’s foreign trade during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.
