摘　　要：目的:探讨扎兰屯市受检人群的25(OH)维生素D[25(OH)D]水平及与高血压病之间的相关性。方法:选取2017年7月至2019年7月就诊于我院的高血压患者和体检者446例(其中男243例,女203例),按照是否患有高血压分为高血压组(246人)和非高血压组(200人)。收集研究对象的一般资料,并且检测25(OH)D水平。结果:高血压组25(OH)D[(8.43±6.48)ng/mL]低于正常对照组[(14.15±11.69)ng/mL](P<0.05),且该地区女性人群血清25(OH)D低于该地区男性水平(P<0.05);多元logistic回归分析发现,25(OH)D缺乏是高血压患病的独立危险因素(OR=3.601,95%CI:1.053-12.652)(P<0.05)。结论:扎兰屯市受检人群普遍存在25(OH)D缺乏且女性缺乏较男性严重;25(OH)D水平与高血压之间存在相关性,是高血压的独立危险因素。Objective:To explore the correlation between 25(OH)vitamin D[25(OH)D]level and hypertension in Zhalantun population.Methods:A total of 446 hypertensive patients and physical examination subjects(including 243 males and 203 females)admitted from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected and divided into hypertensive group(246 patients)and non-hypertensive group(200 patients)according to whether they had hypertension or not.General data were collected and 25(OH)D levels were measured.Results:25(OH)D in hypertension group(8.43±6.48)ng/ml was lower than that in normal control group(14.15±11.69)ng/mL(P<0.05).Serum 25(OH)D in women was lower than that in men in this area(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that 25(0H)D deficiency was an independent risk factor for hypertension(OR=3.601,95%CI:1.053-12.652),(P<0.05).Conclusion:25(OH)D deficiency was prevalent in Zhalantun,and the deficiency was more serious in females than in males.25(OH)D level is associated with hypertension and is an independent risk factor for hypertension.
