摘 要:试验旨在研究批次化生产条件下针对乏情后备母猪采取不同处理方式对其繁殖性能的影响。试验选取152头240日龄以上,无发情记录的后备母猪,随机分为4组,每组38头。Ⅰ组为不进行任何处理的对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别为烯丙孕素+孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)+促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)组、烯丙孕素+PG600组、中草药添加剂组,比较不同组间后备母猪的发情率、受胎率、分娩率及产仔数等。结果表明,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组发情率、受胎率、分娩率均极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01),且Ⅱ、Ⅲ组发情率显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05)、Ⅱ组受胎率极显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.01);窝产仔数、窝产活仔数与初生窝重Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组之间无显著差异(P>0.05),但与Ⅳ组相比均显著增加(P<0.05)。由此可见,在母猪批次化生产条件下,采用不同激素及药物处理均能够显著提高乏情后备母猪的发情、受胎与分娩,且使用激素处理不会降低其产仔性能。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different treatments on the reproductive performance of anestrous gilts under batch production conditions.One hundred and fifty-two 240 days anestrous gilts were selected,randomly divided into 4 groups of 38 gilts each.GroupⅠis the control group,groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,andⅣare the altrenogest+PMSG+GnRH group,altrenogest+PG600 group,and the herbal group.Compare the estrus rate,conception rate,farrowing rate and litter size of primiparous sows between different groups.The results were as follows:The estrus rate,conception rate,and delivery rate of groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,andⅣwere significantly higher than those of groupⅠ(P<0.01),and the estrus rates ofⅡandⅢwere significantly higher than those of groupⅣ(P<0.05),and the conception rate ofⅡwas significantly higher than that of groupⅣ(P<0.01);There was no significant difference between average litter size,average alive litter size and the average litter weight at birth in groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢ(P>0.05),but they all increased significantly compared with groupⅣ(P<0.05).It can be seen that under the batch production conditions,the use of different hormones and drug treatments can significantly improve the estrus,conception and farrowing of anestrous gilts,and the use of hormone treatment will not reduce the reproductive performance of primiparous sows.
