摘　　要：为研究板栗内壳提取物对生长肥育猪生长性能、养分消化率和肉品质的影响,试验选择体重(53.5±1.7)kg的300头健康杜长大三元杂种生长猪,按体重相近、公母各半的原则,随机分为3组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,T1组饲喂在对照组饲粮中添加板栗内壳提取物0.3 kg/t的饲粮,T2组饲喂在对照组饲粮中添加板栗内壳提取物0.6 kg/t的饲粮。每组5个重复,每个重复20头生长猪。试验期70 d。结果表明:1)饲粮处理对末重、平均日增重和平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05),但T1组和T2组显著降低了料重比(P<0.05);2)饲粮处理对总能的表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05),而T2组显著提高了干物质和氮的表观消化率(P<0.05);3)饲粮处理对亮度、红度、黄度、蒸煮损失、系水力和眼肌面积差异不显著(P>0.05),但T2组显著降低了第7天的滴水损失(P<0.05)。试验结果表明在该试验条件下,在生长肥育猪饲粮中添加0.3~0.6 kg/t板栗内壳提取物显著提高了干物质和氮的表观消化率,从而降低了料重比,同时降低了滴水损失。This study was conducted to determine the effects of Chinese chestnut inner shell extract on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and meat quality in growing-finishing pigs.A total of 300 healthy DLY growing pigs(53.5±1.7)kg was randomly divided into 3 treatments based on sex and initial body weight.Dietary treatments were as follows:1)CON,basal diet;2)T1,basal diet+0.3 kg/t Chinese chestnut inner shell extract;3)T2,basal diet+0.6 kg/t Chinese chestnut inner shell extract.There were 5 replications per treatment with 20 pigs per replication.The experiment lasted 70 days.The results showed:1)dietary treatments did not affect(P>0.05)final body weight,average daily gain or average daily feed intake,while the feed/gain ratio in T1 and T2 were lower than that in CON(P<0.05);2)there was no difference(P>0.05)in apparent digestibility of gross energy among treatments,but the apparent digestibility of dry matter and nitrogen were higher in T2 compared with CON;3)dietary treatments did not affect(P>0.05)lightness,redness,yellowness,cooking loss,water holding capacity or loin area,while T2 decreased(P<0.05)drip loss compared with CON.Taken together,the results showed that the addition of 0.3-0.6 kg/t chestnut inner shell extract significantly increased the apparent digestibility of dry matter and nitrogen,decreased feed/gain ratio and drip loss in growing-finishing pigs.
