摘 要:剖析生物基化学纤维的产业发展现状。从新型纤维素纤维、生物基合成纤维、海洋生物基纤维和生物蛋白质改性纤维等4个方面,概述了我国生物基化学纤维的产业化情况。总结了“十三五”时期生物基化学纤维的发展特点和存在的问题。提出了生物基化学纤维的发展措施,并对生物基化学纤维的产业发展和技术水平进行了展望。认为:加大生物基化学纤维产业政策的引导和支持力度、加强培育产品创新力度、注重知识产权保护、建立健全标准体系、完善产业协同机制可有效提升我国生物基化学纤维产业的竞争力。The industrial development status of bio-base chemical fiber was analyzed.From four aspects including new cellulosic fiber,bio-base synthetic fiber,marine bio-base fiber and bio-protein modified fiber,the industrial production situation of bio-base chemical fiber in our country was reviewed.The development characteristics and existing problems of bio-base chemical fiber in 13th Five-Year Plan period were summarized.The development measures of bio-base chemical fiber were put forward.And the industrial development and technology level of bio-base chemical fiber were prospected.It is considered that the competitiveness of bio-base chemical fiber industry in our country can be improved by increasing the guidance and support strength of bio-base chemical fiber industrial policy,strengthening and breeding product innovation intensity,paying attention to intellectual property protection,establishing and improving the standard system and completing industry cooperation mechanism.
