摘 要:探讨一种同轴导电纱的制备工艺,并对其进行性能测试。锦纶镀银丝和涤纶长丝以1∶1的比例作为芯纱,经过涤纶长丝第1次包覆后再喂入两根涤纶长丝与之作为芯纱,再经过涤纶长丝第2次包覆后形成同轴导电纱,通过对空心锭包覆纺纱机工艺参数的调试和优化,最终纺制出表面绝缘效果较好的同轴导电纱。测试结果表明:研制的同轴导电纱所制织物具有较好的耐磨性和耐洗涤性。认为:研制的同轴导电纱满足了安全防护的要求。Preparation process of one coaxial conductive yarn was discussed and the property was tested.Nylon silver-plated filament and polyester filament were used as core yarn at ratio of 1∶1.After wrapping of polyester filament at the first time,two polyester filaments were fed and used as core yarn together,which was wrapped by polyester filament at the second time,one coaxial conductive yarn was formed.Through process parameters adjustment and optimization of hollow spindle covering spinning machine,coaxial conductive yarn with better surface insulation was finally spun.The test results showed that fabric made of the developed coaxial conductive yarn had better abrasion resistance and washing resistance.It is considered that the developed coaxial conductive yarn meets requirements of safety protection.
