摘　　要：膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)是一种常见于老年人的退行性疾病,该病的发病率也随着年龄的增加而上升,严重时可能导致残疾,对患者的生活质量产生严重的影响。该文主要从药物治疗、手术治疗、手法治疗、运动疗法、物理因子疗法等方面来介绍KOA患者常见的临床治疗方法和康复手段。除此之外,还有一些新的康复技术和理念也在不断更新。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a degenerative disease which is common in the elderly.The morbidity of the disease increases with age and it may lead to disability in severe cases and it can affect the quality of life of patients.This article mainly introduces the common clinical treatment and rehabilitation methods of KOA patients from the aspects of drug,surgical treatment,manual therapy,exercise,physical factor therapy and so on.In addition,there are also some new rehabilitation technologies and concepts that are constantly being updated.
