摘　　要：信息技术在高职体育教育中的运用受到了越来越高的重视。信息技术的成熟完善使得其逐渐渗透到各个领域,并发挥着越来越重要的作用。在教育领域,信息技术能够施展的空间很大。而在体育教育这个以技术训练为主的教学科目当中,信息技术同样可以发挥很大的作用。该文首先研究了制约信息化体育教学在乒乓球教学中推广的因素,进而深入探讨了在信息化体育教学的大背景下,提升乒乓球教学和训练效果的有效途径,以期为相关的实践和研究提供借鉴。The application ofinformation technology in higher vocational physical education is getting more and more attention.The maturity and perfection ofinformation technology is making it gradually penetrate into various fields and play an increasingly important role.In the field of education,there is a lot of space for information technology to be used.In physical education,which is a teaching subject based on technical training,information technology can also play a great role.This paper first studies the factors restricting the promotion ofinformation-based physical education in table tennis teaching,and then discusses the effective ways to improve the effect of table tennis teaching and training under the background ofinformation-based physical education,in order to provide reference for relevant practice and research.
