摘  要:在高校公共体育游泳课中,应用变换教学内容,重视体育教学过程中学生学习的兴趣,教学中充分发挥学生主动学习的作用,是高校体育课程改革的一个重要手段。变换教学内容,打破传统的一环扣一环教学,按照初学游泳学生的心理特点及适应水环境的特征设置教学内容,采用加重熟悉水性和水中游戏的教学内容,适度减少教学环节的方法。通过实验手段,对比这两种教学内容在教学效果上存在的差异性,使初学者拥有一个良好的学习过程,对游泳产生较好的兴趣,从而提高学习效率。In the public sports swimming class of colleges and universities,the application of changing teaching content,paying attention to the interest of students in the process of physical education,and giving full play to the role of active learning in teaching are an important means of college physical education curriculum reform.Change the teaching content to break the traditional one-to-one teaching,s et the teaching content according to the psychological characteristics of beginner swimmers and the characteristics of adapting to the water environment,adopt the teaching content that increases familiarity with water-based and underwater games,and moderately reduce the teaching links.By means of experiments,the differences between the two teaching contents in the teaching effect are compared,so as to provide beginners with a good learning process and a good interest in swimming,so as to improve the learning efficiency.
