摘 要:当今大学生易出现敏感、焦虑、愤怒、抑郁4种负性情绪。通过对当下大学生的锻炼的次数、形式、强度等现状进行分析,发现当代大学生受内外动机因素影响,主动参与体育锻炼的积极性还不高,还没有从体育锻炼中感受到负性情绪的变化。这种因素导致当大学生出现负性情绪时,他们第一时间选择处理的方法存在一定的弊端。该文通过体育锻炼对负性情绪的影响,结合当下大学生处理负性情绪的策略,得出长期参与体育锻炼的大学生可以有效地减轻敏感、降低焦虑、控制愤怒、缓解抑郁;体育锻炼对大学生的负性情绪可以起到调节作用;当大学生出现负性情绪时如何通过体育的手段有效处理负性情绪,对大学生处理负性情绪及树立终身体育的观念起到指导意义。Today's college students are prone to four negative emotions:sensitivity,anxiety,anger,and depression.Through the analysis of the current situation of college students'exercise frequency,form,intensity and so on,it shows that the contemporary college students are affected by internal and external motivation factors,the enthusiasm of actively participating in physical exercise is not high,and they have not felt the change of negative emotion from physical exercise.This kind of factor leads to some disadvantages when college students have negative emotions when they choose to deal with them in the first place.In this paper,through the inf luence of physical exercise on negative emotions,combined with the strategies of current college students to deal with negative emotions,it is concluded that college students who have long participated in physical exercise can effectively reduce sensitivity,reduce anxiety,control anger,and relieve depression;Sexual emotions can play a regulatory role;when college students have negative emotions,how to effectively deal with negative emotions through sports means has a guiding significance for college students to deal with negative emotions and establish the concept of lifelong sports.
