东京奥运会日本优秀运动员伊藤美诚技战术特点分析

摘　　要：为了解日本东京奥运选手伊藤美诚的优势和不足,该文以2019德国公开赛、2020年卡塔尔白金赛伊藤美诚对阵我国不同主力队员3场重大国际比赛为基础,通过问献资料法、录像观察法、三段分析法,对伊藤美诚在比赛中的发抢段、接抢段和相持段的战术进行统计和对比分析,深入分析伊藤美诚比赛时的技战术运用特点,为中国乒乓球女队运动员备战即将来临的东京奥运会提供理论基础和参考依据。结果显示:伊藤美诚主要是勾手发球,旋转强、速度快、落点变化多,发球抢攻衔接快,其反手生胶弹击为主要的得分手段,近台搏杀技术全面,对来球线路预判准确,动作幅度小,回球速度快、质量高,主动发力,主动变线,打法积极凶悍,在发球抢攻和接发球抢攻表现较好,在相持阶段中没有优势。In order to understand the advantages and disadvantages of Japanese Tokyo Olympic athlete Ito Meicheng,this paper is based on three major international competitions between Ito Mima and different key players of China in the German open in 2019 and Qatar platinum in 2020,this paper makes statistical and comparative analysis of Ito Mima's tactics in the competition,the pick-up and the other segment,through the method of asking for information,video observation and three-paragraph analysis.In-depth analysis of the characteristics of the technical and tactical use of Ito Mima competition,for the Chinese table tennis women's team athletes to prepare for the upcoming Tokyo Olympic Games to provide a theoretical basis and reference basis.The results show that:Ito Mima is mainly the hook,strong rotation,fast speed,drop point change slot,the ball a ttack bridge fast,its backhand rubber shot as the mains coring means,near taiwan fighting technology comprehensive,never retreat,the ball line prejudging accurate,small movement range,return ball speed,high quality,a ctive power,a ctive change line,play positive and fierce,in the tee shot and catch the ball to attack the performance is better,in the holding stage has no advantage.
