篮球攻防战术意识的探究与培养策略探析

摘　　要：篮球作为球类竞技体育项目之一,同时也可以作为一门艺术来说。现代篮球融入的不仅是肢体动作表演,更是智慧的展现。在篮球对抗的过程中,攻防战术是很好的艺术形式体现,经过大脑思考后采取行动,优秀的攻防战术意识可以提升球员实力。该文就篮球攻防战术意识展开分析,对如何培养篮球攻防意识进行探究,并列举出一些科学合理的培养策略,希望为全面提升球员的攻防战术意识提供一定的帮助。Basketball is not only a kind of ball games,but a lso a kind of sports artproject.Modern basketball is not only a body action performance,but also a display of wisdom.In the process of basketball confrontation,the use of offensive and defensive tactics is a good artistic form.After the brain thinking to take action,excellent offensive and defensive tactical awareness can improve the strength of players.This paper analyzes the of fensive and defensive tactical awareness of basketball,explores how to cultivate the offensive and defensive awareness of basketball,and lists some scientific and reasonable training strategies,hoping to help improve the offensive and defensive tactical awareness of players in an all-round way.
