少儿乒乓球运动员神经类型选材研究

摘　　要：使用“80.8”神经类型量表对少年儿童乒乓球运动员进行测试研究。结果表明:少儿乒乓球运动员神经类型兴奋和抑制转换快而均衡,神经工作能力强。少年儿童乒乓球运动员与普通少年之间的神经类型有显著性差异,乒乓运动员优秀个体更是强型占绝对多数。因此,少儿乒乓运动员选材应以灵活型为主(含亚型),稳定型为辅(含亚型)。The"80.8"n ervous type scale was used to test and study t he juvenile table tennis players.The results show that the conversion of excitement and inhibition of nervous type of children table tennis players is fast and balanced,and the ability of nerve work is strong.There are significant differences in nervous type between juvenile table tennis players and ordinary teenagers,and the excellent individuals of their table tennis players are in the absolute majority.Therefore,the selection of juvenile table tennis players should be mainly flexible(including subtype)and supplemented by stable type(including subtype).
