摘　　要：随着素质教育的发展,人们越来越重视学生体育能力的培养。体育不仅可以让学生塑造良好的身体素质,还能让学生形成良好的品格。所以,教师要改变传统模式下忽视体育教学的情况,要重视对学生细节练习的引导,重视学生的体育教学,让学生在细节教学中获得成长。在新课程改革的背景下,体育训练的教学备受重视。所以,在体育训练中加入对细节的练习可以加强学生的学习自主性,让学生成为课堂教学的主体,从而形成良好的精神品格,提升体育教学的质量,促进学生的发展。该文对体育训练中细节练习的价值进行研究,体育教师的语言细节要进行落实,从学生的实际情况出发,对学生进行辅导和帮助。With the development of quality education,people pay more and more attention to the cultivation of students'sports ability.Physical education can not only let students shape good physical quality,but also make students form good character.Therefore,teachers should change the situation of neglecting physical education teaching under the traditional mode,pay attention to the guidance of students'detailed practice,attach importance to students'physical education teaching,so that students can grow up in detail teaching.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the teaching of sports training is attached great importance.Therefore,the practice of details can strengthen students'learning autonomy,make students become the main body of classroom teaching,thus form good spiritual character,improve the quality of physical education,and promote the development of students.This paper studies the value of detail training in physical training.Therefore the physical education teacher's language detail must carry on the fulf illment,proceeding from the student's actual situation carries on the guidance and the help to the student.
