舒肝消癖方配合西医常规疗法治疗乳腺癌术后焦虑、抑郁状态的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究评价乳腺癌术后焦虑、抑郁应用舒肝消癖方、西医常规疗法进行联合治疗的有效性及临床价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年8月无锡市中医医院收治的50例乳腺癌术后患者,根据治疗方案不同进行分组。对照组(25例)予以放化疗、内分泌治疗、对症支持以及氟西汀等西医常规治疗,研究组(25例)加服舒肝消癖方治疗,总结对比两组疗效。结果研究组抑郁疗效较对照组显然更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的焦虑自评(SAS)评分、抑郁自评(SDS)评分数值较对照组显然更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能及整体生活质量各项评分数值较对照组显然更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上对乳腺癌术后患者实施舒肝消癖方、西医常规疗法联合治疗,不仅可使其焦虑、抑郁状态得以有效缓解,而且可提升其生活质量,有利于加快术后康复进程。Objective To study and evaluate the efficacy and clinical value of Shugan Xiaopi Formula and conventional western medicine in the treatment of postoperative anxiety and depression of breast cancer.Methods A total of 50 postoperative breast cancer patients admitted to Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected and grouped according to different treatment plans.The control group(25 cases)was treated with chemoradiotherapy,endocrine therapy,symptomatic support,fluoxetine and other conventional western medicine,while the study group(25 cases)was treated with Shugan Xiaopi Formula,and the efficacy of the two groups was summarized and compared.Results The depression efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of physical function,role function,emotional function,social function and overall quality of life of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Xiaopi Formula and conventional western medicine are combined in the treatment of patients after breast cancer surgery,which can not only effectively relieve their anxiety and depression,but also improve their quality of life and speed up the process of postoperative rehabilitation.
