摘　　要：深圳监狱正在为全国监狱的新一轮改革先行示范,成为社会主义刑罚执行制度文明的标杆,具有重要意义。以深圳监狱改革为样本,中国监狱改革具有四个维度,即以建设中国特色社会主义先行示范监狱为主抓手,全力支持深圳监狱创新创先,实现监狱惩罚与改造更高质量、更加公平、更有效率、更有特色,发挥为中国特色社会主义监狱治理体系和治理能力现代化建设先行示范引领的作用。Shenzhen prison is making the first demonstration for the new round of China’s prison reform,and becoming the benchmark of socialist penalty execution system civilization,which are of great significance.Taking the reform of Shenzhen Prison as a sample,China prison reform has four dimensions:first,giving priority to the construction of socialist demonstration prison with Chinese characteristics;second,fully supporting Shenzhen prison in innovation and being a pioneer;third,making the prison punishment and correction of higher quality,fairer,more efficient and more distinctive;fourth,playing a demonstrating and leading role in the modernization of management system and management ability of the socialist prison with Chinese characteristic.
