摘　　要：工程合同管理是项目管理的核心,是项目有序进行的基础保障。为了更好地保证施工项目的有序推进,论文基于路桥施工方的视角,分析了施工合同管理的方法,致力于通过对具体项目合同管理的分析,为企业完善合同管理体系提供参考和帮助。The management of engineering contract is the core of project management and the basic guarantee for the orderly implementation of the project.In order to better ensure the orderly progress of the construction project,based on the perspective of the road and bridge construction side,this paper analyzes the methods of construction contract management,and is committed to providing reference and help for enterprises to improve the contract management system through the analysis of the contract management of specific project.
