摘  要:模块化多电平换流器控制系统的链路延时有可能引发高频谐振现象。该文建立了包含链路延时环节在内的模块化多电平换流器高频阻抗数学模型,根据阻抗分析法研究模块化多电平换流器高频谐振的产生机理。在此基础上,提出在电压前馈环节附加带阻滤波器的高频谐振抑制策略,设计带阻滤波器的控制参数,最后通过电磁暂态仿真验证了所提控制策略的有效性。Modular multilevel converter control system link delay may cause high frequency resonance phenomenon.This paper establishes a mathematical model of high-frequency impedance for a modular multilevel converter including a link delay link,and studies the generation mechanism of high-frequency resonance of a modular multilevel converter based on impedance analysis.On this basis,a high-frequency resonance suppression strategy with a band-stop filter in the voltage feed-forward stage is proposed,and the control parameters of the band-stop filter are designed.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by electromagnetic transient simulation.
