血浆D-二聚体水平联合床旁超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:分析血浆D-二聚体水平联合床旁超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年12月本院重症监护室收治的195例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受血浆D-二聚体水平联合床旁超声检查,分析其对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值。结果:联合检验的灵敏度为97.83%,明显高于床旁超声和D-二聚体的灵敏度(P<0.05);联合检验的特异度为97.99%,准确性为97.95%,与床旁超声、D-二聚体的特异度、准确性对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:床旁超声联合血浆D-二聚体检验,能够对下肢深静脉血栓有较高的诊断率,临床价值较高。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of plasma D-dimer level combined with bedside ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities.Method:A total of 195 patients admitted to the intensive care unit of our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were taken as the research objects.All patients received plasma D-dimer level combined with bedside ultrasound examination.Analyzed its diagnostic value of deep vein thrombosis.Result:The sensitivity of the combined test was 97.83%,which was significantly higher than the sensitivity of bedside ultrasound and D-dimer(P<0.05);the specificity of the combined test was 97.99%,and the accuracy was 97.95%,there were no significant differences in the specificity and accuracy of bedside ultrasound and D-dimer(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bedside ultrasound combined with plasma D-dimer test can have a higher diagnostic rate for deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities and a higher clinical value.
