压疮风险预警系统应用于腰椎骨折行后路椎弓根螺钉固定椎间植骨融合手术患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究分析压疮风险预警系统应用于腰椎骨折行后路椎弓根螺钉固定椎间植骨融合手术患者的效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月在本院接受治疗的60例腰椎骨折行后路椎弓根螺钉固定椎间植骨融合手术骨折患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=29)和试验组(n=31),对照组给予纸质压疮评估表,试验组给予风险预警系统压疮评估。比较两组压疮发生情况、压疮评估用时、陪护及患者健康知识评分、患者满意度。结果:试验组压疮发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组压疮评估用时短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组陪护及患者健康知识评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比于传统纸质评估,压疮风险预警系统可减少压疮发生率,缩短评估用时,提高陪护及患者健康知识掌握程度及患者满意度。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of pressure ulcer risk early warning system in patients with lumbar fracture undergoing posterior pedicle screw fixation and interbody fusion.Method:A total of 60 patients with lumbar fracture undergoing posterior pedicle screw fixation and interbody fusion treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=29)and the experimental group(n=31)by random number table method.The control group was given the paper pressure ulcer assessment form,and the experimental group was given the pressure ulcer risk early warning system assessment.The incidence of pressure ulcer and the evaluation time of pressure ulcer,accompanying nurse and patient health knowledge score,patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of pressure ulcer was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation time of pressure ulcer in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of accompanying nurse and patients health knowledge in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of patients'satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional paper-based assessment,the pressure ulcer risk early warning system can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer,shorten the evaluation time,and improve the master degree of accompanying nurse and patients health knowledge and patient satisfaction.
