自拟养阴解毒汤对低位单纯性肛瘘阴虚内热证患者术后恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究自拟养阴解毒汤对低位单纯性肛瘘阴虚内热证患者术后恢复的影响。方法:回顾性分析60例于2018年5月-2019年5月在本院收治的诊断为低位单纯性肛瘘阴虚内热证型患者的手术资料,并按照术后给药方式的不同分为观察组和对照组。其中,观察组术后给予自拟养阴解毒汤治疗,对照组术后给予地奥司明治疗。观察两组疗效、创面恢复情况、创面肉芽生长情况及术后疼痛程度。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为93.75%,较对照组的67.86%高(P<0.05)。观察组的创面愈合时间、创面坏死组织脱落时间及创面分泌物消失时间均较对照组早(P<0.05)。术后3、7、14 d,两组肉芽生长情况评分分值、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)分值逐渐减小,且观察组的分值较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:自拟养阴解毒汤对低位单纯性肛瘘阴虚内热证患者有好的疗效,能够加速创面坏死组织脱落,减轻患者的疼痛并促进恢复,此疗法值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of self-made Yangyin Jiedu Decoction on postoperative recovery in patients with simple low anal fistula of Yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome.Method:The study retrospectively analyzed surgical data of 60 patients with simple low anal fistula of Yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome diagnosed in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019.Among the subjects,those receiving self-made Yangyin Jiedu Decoction after operation were included in the observation group,while those receiving Diosmin after operation were included in the control group.Meanwhile,curative effect,wound recovery,granulation and postoperative pain of the two groups were observed.Result:The total response rate in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 67.86%in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time,wound necrotic tissue shedding time and disappearance time of wound secretions were earlier in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3,7,and 14 d,the granulation scores and pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Yangyin Jiedu Decoction is effective in the treatment of patients with simple low anal fistula of Yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome.It can accelerate the shedding of necrotic tissues on the wound,alleviate pain and promote recovery.Therefore,this treatment is worthy of promotion.
