小榄地区糖尿病合并脑卒中患者对护理服务需求的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查分析小榄地区糖尿病合并脑卒中患者对护理服务需求。方法:采用随机抽样的方法于2019年6月1日-2020年6月30日对小榄地区下10个社区的糖尿病合并脑卒中患者进行问卷调查。结果:在对患者使用WHOQOL-100量表进行评价后发现,患者独立性领域的得分最高,为(81.33±22.14)分,其次为生理领域和环境领域,分别为(72.61±13.25)分和(72.13±15.77)分。而心理领域得分最低,为(67.50±10.29)分。在对专科护理服务的需求中,得分最高的是了解脑卒中的并发症、症状、危险因素,为(3.56±0.42)分,其次为饮食指导和安全用药指导,分别为(3.21±0.52)、(3.14±0.83)分。得分最低为导管护理方法(1.21±0.26)分。对社会支持的需求中,得分最高的是定期家庭随访(3.51±0.24)分,得分最低的为专业电话随访(2.24±0.31)分。对医院门诊护理服务的需求中得分最高的是预约挂号(3.47±0.29)分。对不同的身体生活条件和生存质量患者的评分进行整理后发现,分数最高的条目均有较大差异。结论:对小榄地区糖尿病合并脑卒中患者进行调查分析后,发现不同身体状态的患者对护理服务需求有较大差异,但是所有患者对脑卒中的并发症、症状、危险因素的了解、饮食指导、安全用药指导等均有较高的需求。Objective:To investigate and analyze the demand for nursing service of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with stroke in Xiaolan area.Method:Random sampling method was used to conduct questionnaire survey on diabetic patients with stroke in 10 communities in Xiaolan area from June 1,2019 to June 30,2020.Result:After using WHOQOL-100 scale,the score of patients'independence was the highest,which was(81.33±22.14)points,followed by physiological field and environmental field,which were(72.61±13.25)points and(72.13±15.77)points respectively.The score of psychological field was the lowest,which was(67.50±10.29)points.Among the demands for specialized nursing services,the highest score was(3.56±0.42)points for understanding the complications,symptoms and risk factors of stroke,followed by diet guidance and safe medication guidance,which were(3.21±0.52)points and(3.14±0.83)points respectively.The lowest score was catheter care method,which was(1.21±0.26)points.Among the demands for social support,the highest score was regular family follow-up,which was(3.51±0.24)points,and the lowest score was professional telephone follow-up,which was(2.24±0.31)points.The highest score of demand for outpatient nursing service was appointment registration,which was(3.47±0.29)points.After sorting out the scores of patients with different physical living conditions and quality of life,it was found that the items with the highest scores were significantly different.Conclusion:After investigation and analysis of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with stroke in Xiaolan area,it is found that patients with different physical conditions have different demands for nursing service,but all patients have higher demand for the complications,symptoms,risk factors of stroke,diet guidance,safe medication guidance.
