高校图书馆面向创新创业的知识服务保障体系构建研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆的创新创业知识服务活动提供参考。[方法/过程]运用复杂网络理论和价值共创理论将创新创业知识服务体系的构成要素按双向、双层的知识转移路径纳入服务系统中,从立体多维度保障、显性和隐性知识转移、横向和纵向多层次相互协调进行创新创业知识服务保障体系的构建。[结果/结论]高校图书馆创新创业知识服务保障体系的建设重点在于构建复杂知识保障主体网络,重视服务过程中知识保障主客体知识转移能力的提升和价值的共创,运用大数据技术提供精准知识服务,以及开展纵横层面交叉协作共同促进创新创业知识服务的组织和实施。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for university library's knowledge service activities of innovation and entrepreneurship.[Method/process]By using the complex network theory and value co-creation theory,the paper introduces the elements of innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge service system into the service system according to the two-way and double-layer knowledge transfer paths,and constructs the knowledge service guarantee system for innovation and entrepreneurship from aspects of multi-dimensional guarantee,explicit and tacit knowledge transfer,horizontal and vertical multi-level coordination.[Result/conclusion]The construction of university library's knowledge service system of innovation and entrepreneurship should focus on building a complex network of knowledge guarantee subjects,paying attention to the improvement of knowledge transfer ability and value creation of knowledge guarantee subjects and objects in the process of service,using big data technology to provide accurate knowledge services,and carrying out crossover cooperation at vertical and horizontal levels to jointly promote the organization and implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge services.
