中国基本公共服务对城镇化质量的影响研究

摘　　要：以2008—2018年为研究时段,以中国31省份为研究区域,在测算基本公共服务与城镇化质量时序特征的基础上,运用灰色关联分析和门槛回归模型诊断基本公共服务对城镇化质量的影响及非线性门槛特征。结果表明:1.中国基本公共服务水平总体呈现波动上升,东部有所降低,中部相对较低,西部增速较快;城镇化质量不断提高,东部明显高于中部和西部。2.基本公共服务与城镇化质量的关系极为密切,关联度指数大都在0.85以上,医疗卫生服务与城镇化质量关联度最高,文化体育服务与城镇化质量关联度最低。3.在以经济发展水平为门槛变量时,基本公共服务对城镇化质量的影响存在显著的双重门槛效应,经济发展水平越高,基本公共服务对城镇化质量的促进作用越强。Taking the time of 2008—2018 as the study period,and China’s 31 provinces as the research objects,and based on measuring the time series characteristics of basic public services and urbanization quality,we use grey correlation analysis and threshold regression model to diagnose the influence of basic public services on urbanization quality and the nonlinear threshold characteristics.The results show that:1.The overall level of basic public services in China has fluctuated,with a decline in eastern China,a relatively low level in central China and a rapid growth in western China;and the quality of urbanization continued to improve the eastern region significantly higher than the central and western regions;2.The relationship between basic public services and urbanization quality is very close,with the correlation index mostly above 0.85,and the correlation between medical health service and urbanization quality is the highest,while that of cultural sports service is the lowest;3.When the level of economic development is taken as the threshold variable,there is a significant double threshold effect on the impact of basic public services on the quality of urbanization,and the higher the level of economic development,the stronger the promoting effect of the basic public services on the urbanization quality.
