摘 要:目的优化牛樟叶水提物的提取工艺。方法以打粉粒径、浸渍时间、水浴温度、料液比为考察因素,以提取液中多糖含量为评价指标,在单因素试验基础上采用Box-Behnken星点设计响应面法优化牛樟叶多糖的提取工艺。结果牛樟叶多糖最佳提取工艺为药材过60目筛,料液比为1∶40(m/V),水浴温度为90℃,浸渍时间为75.61min。结论优化后的提取工艺方法简单,重复性和可预测性均较好。Objective To optimize the extraction process of aqueous extracts of Cinnamomum kanehirae leaves.Methods With powder particle size,soaking time,water bath temperature and solid-liquid ratio as the investigation factors and polysaccharide content as the evaluation index,the extraction process of polysaccharides from Cinnamomum kanehirae leaves was optimized by Box-Behnken central composite design-response surface methodology based on single-factor experiment.Results The best extraction process of Cinnamomum kanehirae leaves was as follows:the herb was screened through 60 mesh,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶40(m/V),the water bath temperature was 90℃,and the soaking time was 75.61 min.Conclusion The optimized extraction process is simple with good repeatability and predictability.
