润降利膈丸联合枸橼酸莫沙必利对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃肠道激素水平的影响  

Effect of Runjianglige Pills Combined with Mosapride Citrate on Gastrointestinal Hormone Levels in Patients with Diabetic Gastroparesis

摘　　要：目的探讨润降利膈丸联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效,以及对胃肠道激素水平的影响。方法选取医院内分泌科2017年1月至12月收治的糖尿病胃轻瘫住院患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。两组患者均给予控制血糖等基础治疗,并口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片,观察组加用润降利膈丸。两组患者均连续治疗8周。结果观察组患者的总有效率为90.70%,显著高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组脘腹胀满、疲乏无力、嗳气反酸、口干口苦等中医证候评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的血清胃泌素、胃动素水平均显著低于对照组,生长抑素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应发生率相当(16.28%比9.30%,P>0.05)。结论润降利膈丸联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效良好,可改善患者中医证候评分和胃肠道激素水平,提高生活质量,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Runjianglige Pills combined with mosapride citrate in the treatment of patients with diabetic gastroparesis and the effect on the levels of the gastrointestinal hormone.Methods A total of 86 inpatients with diabetic gastroparesis admitted to the Department of Endocrinology in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given basic treatment such as blood glucose control and the oral treatment of Mosapride Citrate Tablets,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Runjianglige Pills.Both groups were continuously treated for eight weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.70%,which was significantly higher than 74.42%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes(abdominal fullness and distention,fatigue,belching and acid regurgitation,dry mouth and bitter mouth)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum gastrin and motilin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the level of somatostatin in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(16.28%vs.9.30%,P>0.05).Conclusion Runjianglige Pills combined with mosapride citrate have good efficacy and safety in the treatment of patients with diabetic gastroparesis,which can improve the TCM syndrome scores,gastrointestinal hormone levels,and the quality of life.
