摘　　要：目的分析不同剂型蟾酥制剂的作用特点及应用现状。方法统计蟾酥已上市和未上市两大类药物剂型的品种、特点、药理作用、实验研究及临床应用。结果蟾酥化学成分复杂,药物剂型多样,药理活性各异;具有抗肿瘤、强心、抗炎、止痛等药理作用,应用广泛,毒副作用较明显。结论应合理应用现有蟾酥制剂,积极开发蟾酥新剂型,降低毒性,提高安全性和有效性。Objective To analyze the functional characteristics and application status of Bufonis venenum preparations with different dosage forms.Methods The varieties,characteristics,pharmacological action,experimental research and clinical application of two dosage forms of Bufonis venenum preparations(listed and unlisted)were collected and analyzed.Results Bufonis venenum has complex chemical composition,diversity of drug dosage forms,different pharmacology activity,it has the anti-tumor,cardiotonic action,anti-inflammatory and analgesic pharmacological actions,and it has wide clinical application with obvious toxic and side effects.Conclusion Reasonable application of the existing Bufonis venenum preparations and actively develop new Bufonis venenum preparations can reduce the toxicity,improve the safety and efficacy.
