摘 要:目的探讨呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)下呼吸道感染患儿血清微小RNA-146a(miR-146a)、miR-155的表达及意义。方法选取该院97例RSV下呼吸道感染患儿作为试验组,同时随机选取101例健康儿童作为对照组。检测2组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-10、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、miR-146a、miR-155水平;分析miR-146a、miR-155与炎症因子的相关性及影响RSV下呼吸道感染的因素。结果试验组血清miR-146a、miR-155、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10和hs-CRP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);miR-146a、miR-155水平均与TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10和hs-CRP水平呈正相关(P<0.05);高水平的miR-146a、miR-155均是影响RSV下呼吸道感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论RSV下呼吸道感染患儿血清miR-146a、miR-155水平较高,二者均是RSV下呼吸道感染的影响因素,有望成为治疗RSV下呼吸道感染的潜在靶点。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum microRNA-146a(miR-146a)and miR-155 in children with respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)infection of the lower respiratory tract.Methods A total of 97 children with RSV lower respiratory tract infection in the hospital were selected as the experimental group,and 101 healthy children were randomly selected as the control group.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-10,high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and miR-146a,miR-155 in the two groups were detected;the correlation between miR-146a,miR-155 and inflammatory factors and the influencing factors of RSV lower respiratory tract infection were analyzed.Results The serum levels of miR-146a,miR-155,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 and hs-CRP in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);miR-146a and miR-155 levels were positively correlated with TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 and hs-CRP levels(P<0.05);high levels of miR-146a and miR-155 were independent risk factors for RSV lower respiratory tract infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of miR-146a and miR-155 in serum of children with RSV lower respiratory tract infection are high.Both of them are influencing factors of RSV lower respiratory tract infection,and they are expected to become potential targets for the treatment of RSV lower respiratory tract infection.
