摘　　要：人才培养体系构建与优化过程是高等教育内涵式发展的过程,高等教育体系已从自身成长向高等教育与社会经济协同转型发展。对面新农科建设肩负的“四大使命”,乡村振兴战略部署要求,国际农经学科专业发展新格局,传统农经专业转型发展等新形势、新状况,农林经济管理专业人才培养体系优化势在必行。从人才培养目标、能力素养要求以及课程支撑三个方面对比分析国内各类典型农业院校农经人才培养体系特征和差异,结合地方农业院校办学实际与特色,从“立德树人”教育教学理念,课程体系的动态优化调整,学科-专业联动协同,教学质量评价与保障体系等方面提出地方农经专业人才培养体系优化路径。The construction and optimization of talent training system is essential link in the connotative development of higher education,and the higher education system is evolving from the self-development of the higher education system to the collaboration development of higher education and social economy.This paper analyzes the necessity of optimizing the talent training system of agricultural and forestry economics management specialty from four aspects,including the the completion of"four missions"(poverty alleviation,rural revitalization,ecological civilization and the construction of beautiful China)——a responsibility on the part of the emerging agricultural education project,the rural revitalization strategy,the new development pattern of international agricultural and forestry economics management,and the transformation and development of traditional agriculture and forestry economics management.The characteristics and differences of talent training systems of typical agricultural universities in China were compared and analyzed from talent training objectives,ability and quality requirements and curriculum support.Combined with the reality and characteristics of local agricultural universities,the paths for optimizing the talent training system of agriculture and forestry economics management were put forward from the following aspects:the education and teaching concept of"fostering moral integrity and educating people",the dynamic adjustment of curriculum system,tthe linking and coordination of disciplines and specialties,and improving teaching quality evaluation and guarantee system.
