摘  要:针对X波段小型化Spindt冷阴极螺旋线行波管进行了电子枪设计。基于皮尔斯型电子枪结构,联合PPM高频聚焦系统,以电子注聚焦特性为优化目标,采用CST粒子工作室对电子枪结构和工作参数进行了优化设计,获得了30 mA工作电流下电子注填充比为0.68的良好电子注聚焦。在此电子枪结构和高频结构下,分析了特定电流下电子注聚焦与轴向磁场的关系以及特定磁场下电子注聚焦与工作电流的关系,研究结果表明,皮尔斯型电子枪结构实现电子注良好聚焦的电流密度阈值约为5 A/cm 2,为冷阴极行波管电子枪设计奠定了理论基础。An electron gun for X-band miniaturized Spindt cold cathode helix traveling wave tubes is designed.Aiming at optimal focusing characteristics of the electron beam,the structure and working parameters of the electron gun are optimized by using CST particle studio based on Pierce electron gun and PPM focusing system.And a well-focused electron beam with a filling ratio 0.68 is obtained at the working current of 30 mA.With the electron gun structure and the high frequency system,the relationship between the electron beam focusing and the axial magnetic field under specific current,and the relationship between the electron beam focusing and the operation current under specific magnetic field are analyzed respectively.The research result shows that the current density threshold for good electron beam focusing with Pierce geometry is about 5 A/cm2,which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of cold cathode electron gun for traveling wave tubes.
