摘  要:节能降耗和发展循环经济需要一大批成熟的先进技术作支撑,推进科技进步与创新是节能降耗和发展循环经济的基础和关键。目前,油田企业都积累了不少成功经验,但从总体看,节能降耗先进工艺技术的应用推广尚存差距。尤其是在原油价格低的严峻形势下,油田上下掀起了"战严冬、转观念、勇担当、上台阶"的热潮,把提质增效和油气上产落实到生产经营的方方面面,营造了打好"经营管理牌"争做降本增效"先行军"的良好氛围。结合输油站库实际,通过头脑风暴,实施站库室外照明前段控制器并进行降耗分析,以抛砖引玉的方式,动员全体干部员工参与到这场攻坚战中,真正实现降本增效落地生效。Saving energy and reducing consumption and developing circular economy need a large number of mature and advanced technologies,and promoting scientific and technological progress and innovation is the foundation and key of saving energy and reducing consumption and developing circular economy.At present,oilfield enterprises have accumulated a lot of successful experiences,but generally speaking,there is still a gap in the application and popularization of advanced technologies for energy conservation and consumption reduction.Especially under the severe situation of low crude oil price,the upsurge of"fighting the severe winter,changing concepts,taking the responsibility bravely and going up to the next level"has been set up all over the oilfield,and the quality improvement and efficiency increase and oil and gas production have been implemented in all aspects of production and operation,which creates a good atmosphere of playing a good"management card"and striving to be a"pioneer"in reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Combined with the actual situation of the oil transmission depot,through brainstorming,the controller of the front stage of outdoor lighting of the depot is implemented and the consumption reduction analysis is carried out.All the cadres and employees are mobilized to participate in this tough battle in the way of throwing bricks to attract jade,so as to truly achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
