摘 要:针对茶树无性系育苗周期长以致不适应茶产业快速发展需求的问题,本研究开发了一种基质育苗技术,将育苗周期由传统的14-18个月缩短到2个月,加速茶树育种进程。同时,对40个不同茶树品种的扦插发根特性进行了比较研究,证明‘浙农121’发根最快,而‘竹枝春’发根最困难,为品种推广提供有用资料。Aiming at improving the problem that the long propagation cycle of clonal tea cultivars does not meet the needs of the rapid development of tea industry,this study developed a fast propagation method for cutting clonal tea plants in a medium,which shortened the propagation cycle from the traditional 14-18 months to 2 months.The rooting characteristics of 40 tea cultivars during cutting were investigated.It shows that cultivar‘Zhenong 121’rooted the fastest during cutting propagation and cultivar‘Zhuzhichun’rooted the most difficult.This information will be helpful for propagation and extension of these cultivars.
