摘  要:提出了一种基于LabVIEW+单片机的具有灵活状态切换功能的智能仿真三相电能表,整个系统由上位机和下位机组成。下位机通过MSP430F169单片机对外围电路进行控制并通过切换电路实现三相电能表真实状态与仿真状态之间的切换,通过串口把切换信息传送到上位机;上位机通过LabVIEW对采集到的数据进行分析和处理。三相电能表处于真实状态时,真实电能表微处理器接入,进行正常的计量与显示;处于仿真状态时,从数据库服务器获取可随意设置的相关数据,并在液晶显示屏上显示,可直观显示电量等常规电量数据以及有功、无功电量骤变等异常状态信息,以实现对电能计量及抄核收人员直观且更全面的技能培训,显著提高培训效率和培训效果。A three-phase watt-hour meter with flexible state switching function based on LabVIEW+MCU is proposed.The whole system is composed of master computer and slave computer.The slave computer controls the peripheral circuit through MSP430 F169 MCU and realizes the switching between the real state and the simulation state through the switching circuit.The information is transmitted to the master computer.The master computer analyzes and processes the collected data through LabVIEW.When the three-phase watt hour meter is in the real state,the microprocessor of the real watt hour meter is connected for normal measurement and display.In the simulation state,the relevant data obtained from the database server can be set freely.The LCD display can directly display the conventional electric quantity data and the abnormal state information of the sudden change of active and reactive electric quantity,so as to realize the intuitive and more comprehensive skill training for the electric energy metering personnel,and significantly improve the training efficiency and training effect.
