典型主变内部过热缺陷处理及分析

摘　　要：探讨了一例典型的220kV主变绝缘油总烃快速增长的内部过热缺陷处理过程。通过对该主变进行红外测温、铁芯及夹件接地电流监测、负荷情况综合分析,采取了压控负荷和跟踪监测综合方法使主变带病运行至系统负荷降低并容许停电检修。在停电检修中发现主变高压侧C相直流电阻明显增大,经过分段检查,发现处理器分接开关位于油箱内部的选择开关外引线固定螺栓松动和电弧烧灼故障。The treatment process of a typical 220 kV main transformer insulation oil overheat defect caused by rapid growth of total hydrocarbon was discussed.Through infrared temperature measurement,iron core and clamp ground current monitoring,and comprehensive analysis of the load situation,the integrated method of voltage control load and tracking monitoring was adopted to make the main transformer run with disease until the system load was reduced and power outage maintenance was allowed.It was found that the DC resistance of phase C in the high voltage side of the main transformer was obviously increased during the power outage maintenance.After section inspection,it was found that the fixing bolts of the outer lead of the selector switch of the processor tap switch inside the fuel tank were loose and the arc burning fault occurred.
