摘　　要：为了解决智能站"看不见、摸不着、回路不直观、操作易出错、故障分析困难、运维难度大"等问题,构建了基于多维信息态势感知的继电保护设备的智能运行管控系统。该系统从感知、理解、预测三个层次进行信息态势感知,再进行相关的信息处理和决策,最终落地到业务应用上,实现了可视化、智能分析、策略管理、故障诊断等功能,使二次设备更可靠,运行更高效,支撑电网安全稳定地运行。In order to solve the problems of intelligent station that the invisible,unable to touch,intuitive circuit,errorprone operation,difficult in fault analysis and difficult in operation and operation,an intelligent operation control system based on multi-dimensional information situational awareness is constructed.The system conducts information situation awareness from three levels of perception,understanding and prediction.Then,the relevant information processing and decision-making are implemented.Finally,it is implemented in the business application,realizing the functions of visualization,intelligent analysis,strategy management,fault diagnosis,etc.,which makes the secondary equipment more reliable,more efficient,and supports the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
