长三角地区某场地镍污染土壤修复工程研究

摘  要:根据前期地块的场地调查结果,该地块的土壤污染因子主要为金属镍,经过风险评估计算可知,该地块土壤中镍的致癌风险和非致癌均超过可接受风险水平,因此需要进行土壤污染修复,修复面积约合22000m^(3).对比国内外较为常用的土壤污染修复技术方法,最终确定地块采用化/稳定化技术进行处理,处理后的土壤采用阻隔填埋技术进行安全填埋。通过实验小试选择水泥(质量比2%)、石灰(质量比2%)、凹凸棒土(质量比4%)作为本次固化稳定化的药剂成分及配比。该场地经过分区开挖、破碎筛分、固化/稳定化技术处理、养护以及自检后,该地块土壤中的重金属镍可满足修复目标要求,通过验收标准后的修复土壤在场地内采用阻隔填埋技术进行安全填埋,并设置观察井,以确保土壤的治理效果和长期安全。According to the site survey results of the previous plot,the soil pollution factor of the plot is mainly nickel metal.According to the risk assessment calculation,the carcinogenic risk and non-carcinogenic risk of nickel in the soil of the ptot exceed the acceptably risk levet.Therefore,soil pollution remediation is needed,covering an area of about 22,000 m^(3).By comparing the commonty used soil pollution remediation technology and methods at home and abroad,the land parcet is finally determined to be treated with the technology of transformation/stabilization,and the treated soil was safely buried with the technology of barrier landfill.Cement(mass ratio of 2%),lime(mass ratio of 2%),dapulgite(mass ratio of 4%)were selected as the composition and ratio of the solidification and stabilization agent through the experimental small test.The venue partitioned exccvation,crushing screening,solidification/stabilization technology processing,maintenance and introspection,this piot in the soil heavy metal nickel could satisfy requirement for repair of target,after passing the acceptance standard after the repairment of the soil in the field use barrier landfill technology of safe landfill,and set up the observation well,to ensure that the governance effect of the soil and longterm security.
