摘 要:本文以某光电子企业生产废水处理产生的低砷新鲜污泥为例进行危险废物特性鉴别研究分析。该低砷新鲜污泥是由低浓度含砷含氟废水、酸碱废水、有机氨氮废水产生的污泥,根据该光电企业生产过程所使用的原辅材料、生产工艺、废水产生环节、废水处理工艺以及污泥产生量等综合分析判断,确定与该污泥危险性鉴别相关的主要污染因子有无机氟化物(不包括氟化钙)以及氟化钠、氟化铝、总砷、镍、丙酮、三氯化砷、乙醛等,为确保生产工艺分析过程中没有遗漏的危险特性项目,在样品初步分析环节中对样品中的pH、重金属、氟离子(不包括氟化钙)和有机物进行全面的检测筛查,并依据《危险特性鉴别标准》(GB 5085.1-GB 5085.6)等标准的有关规定进行检测鉴定,经过检测分析结果可知,该低砷新鲜污泥样品不具有易燃性、反应性、腐蚀性、浸出毒性的相关危险特性,但是该污泥样品中的剧毒物质三氯化砷含量均大于标准限值0.1%,具有毒性物质含量危险特性,因此可以认定该企业废水处理站产生的低砷新鲜污泥属于危险废物。In this paper,the low arsenic fresh sludge produced from the production wastewater treatment of an optoelectronics enterprise is taken as an example to carry out the identification research and analysis of hazardous waste characteristics.The low arsenic fresh sludge is low concentration arsenic fluoride wastewater,acid and alkali waste water,organic ammonia nitrogen wastewater sludge,according to the photoelectric enterprise production process used in the raw and auxiliary materials,production process and waste water,waste water treatment process and sludge discharoe and other comprehensive analysis and judgment,to determine the main pollution factors associated with the sludge risk identification with inoroanic fluoride not including calcium fluoride and sodium fluoride,aluminum fluoride,total arsenic arsenic,nickel,acetone,trichloride,acetaldehyde and so on,in order to ensure the production process analysis without the risk of missing features in the process of project,In preliminary analysis on the sample link for pH,heavy metals and fluorine ions in the samples(not including calcium fluoride)and oroanic matter a thorough screening,and on the basis of the risk characteristics identification standard 5085.65085.1 GB(GB),and other relevent provisions of the standard test appraisal,tested the results of the analysis shows that the low arsenic fresh sludge samples do not have flammability,reactivity,corrosive,leaching toxicity associated risk characteristics,but highly toxic substances in the sludge samples trichloride arsenic were greater than the standard limit by 0.1%,with toxic substances content in danger features,Therefore,the low arsenic fresh sludge produced by the wastewater meatment station of the enterprise can be identified as hazardous waste.
