摘 要:根据被胎填充物结构与组成,将棉纤维和涤纶(多孔涤纶或丝型涤纶)以不同质量比混合制成纤维混合物,应用于被胎填充物。测试了不同质量比涤/棉混合纤维的压缩率、回弹率、拉伸断裂强力、悬垂角度、公定回潮率,并与直接从成品被里取出的填充物进行对比。试验结果表明:不同形态、不同质量比的涤纶与棉纤维混合制作出的被胎性能不同,棉纤维与多孔涤纶质量比为70∶30的被胎适于制作垫被;棉纤维、丝型涤纶、多孔涤纶质量比为60∶20∶20的被胎适于制作盖被。According to the structure and composition of the quilt filler,cotton fiber and polyester(porous polyester or silk-like polyester)were mixed in different mass ratios to make fiber mixture,which was applied to the quilt filler.The compression ratio,resilience ratio,tensile breaking strength,drape angle and moisture regain of polyester/cotton mixed fiber with different mass ratio were tested and compared with the filler directly taken from the quilt.The results showed that the properties of the quilt made of polyester and cotton fiber with different shapes and different mass ratios were different.The quilt made of 70∶30 mass ratio of cotton fiber and porous polyester was suitable for the cushion;the quilt made of 60∶20∶20 mass ratio of cotton fiber,silk-like polyester and porous polyester was suitable for the cover.
