摘　　要：2020年7月佛山市邻里图书馆项目荣获国际图联(IFLA)营销奖,其相对完备的运行、管理及服务机制、快速布局的服务网络和较好的服务效益,为国内公共图书馆服务体系建设提供了新的实践案例。文章简述近年来我国公共图书馆服务体系发展现状,分析佛山市联合图书馆体系建设成效以及存在的问题,探讨邻里图书馆项目在公共图书馆服务体系建设中的创新要素与现实意义,对公共图书馆服务体系建设的发展提出若干思考。In July 2020,N-Library(Neighborhood Library)Project won the IFLA International Marketing Award,attracting wide attention at home and abroad.The Project is made a new example of developing public library service system,for its efficient operation,management and service mechanism,as well as quickly established service network and better service efficiency.This paper outlines the developments of public library service system in China in recent years,analyzes the achievements and problems of Foshan United Library system,and discusses the innovation and significance of N-Library Project in public library service system.At last,it puts forward some thoughts on the development of public library service system.
