摘 要:随着数据时代的到来,数据化成了时代发展的大趋势,依托数据经营已经成为物流企业的主要命脉。论文围绕国内物流企业的供应链经营业务进行分析,结合某光伏企业的战略合作伙伴——SL物流企业的运作模式,找出数据化经营的实际问题,如数据量不足、主要数据技术落后、数据供应链阻塞、投诉数据管理混乱。针对这四个方面的问题提出加快市场拓展,提升数据规模、加速数据技术升级、打通供应链各环节数据、规范投诉数据管理等适合物流企业数据化经营管理的创新化路径,为我国物流企业的供应链数据发展提供可行性参考依据。With the advent of the data age,digitization has become a major trend in the development of the times.Relying on data management has become the main lifeline of logistics companies.This paper analyzes the supply chain business of domestic logistics companies,and combines the operation mode of case SL to find out the current existing problems of data management in practice.Such as Insufficient data,Major data technology is backward,data supply chain congestion complaint data management confusion.Aiming at the shortcomings of these four aspects,this paper proposes four suggestions to over the shortcomings such as:increase the business volume to enrich the data base,updating the data related technology,getting through all links of the data and standardizing the management of compliant data,aiming at provide a business management optimization path suitable for logistics companies to pro-vide a feasible reference for the development of supply chain data of logistics companies in China.
