摘　　要：B细胞激活因子(B-cell activation factor,BAFF)在B细胞生长、发育和分化中起到关键作用,后者与抗体的产生密切相关,因而在自身免疫性疾病中被广泛研究。目前许多研究表明,BAFF与血栓事件的发生存在联系,而抗磷脂综合征(antiphospholipid syndrome,APS)是一种以反复动静脉血栓形成为表现的自身免疫性疾病,可见BAFF与抗磷脂综合征的关系值得深入研究。该文将从BAFF与抗磷脂综合征血栓形成“二次打击”学说的角度,概述其与抗磷脂综合征内皮细胞功能紊乱、炎症反应、动脉粥样硬化、血小板活化和补体激活的联系,为抗磷脂综合征血栓发生机制研究和临床药物靶向治疗提供参考。B-cell activation factor(BAFF)plays a key role in the growth,development and differentiation of B cells,which is closely related to the production of antibodies and has been extensively studied in autoimmune diseases.Many present studies have shown BAFF is associated with the occurrence of thrombotic events.Antiphospholipid syndrome is an autoimmune disease characterized by recurrent arteriovenous thrombosis,the relationship between BAFF and antiphospholipid syndrome is worthy of further study.This article gives a general introduction to the relationship between BAFF and antiphospholipid syndrome endothelial dysfunction,inflammatory response,atherosclerosis,platelet and complement activation in terms of antiphospholipid syndrome thrombosis theory of"Two-hit".
