摘　　要：习近平关于全民普法的重要论述是引领中国新时代普法工作开展的指导思想,是习近平法治思想的重要组成部分。它是为新时代全面开展普法工作、建构中国特色社会主义法治文化和建设法治中国而提出的科学理论。习近平关于全民普法的重要论述涵盖了普法与全民法治宣传教育、普法与提高社会主义法治意识、普法与弘扬社会主义法治精神和普法与建设社会主义法治文化等方面的内容。习近平关于全民普法重要论述的时代意义在于为马克思主义法治理论的中国化开辟了新境界,为中国特色社会主义法治建设提供了理论基础,为中华民族伟大复兴的实现擘画了新蓝图,为当代世界探索社会主义发展规律贡献了理论成果。XI Jinping’s important exposition on universal law popularization is the guiding ideology for leading the work of popularizing the law in China in the new era,and is an important part of XI Jinping’s thought on rule of law.It is a scientific theory put forward for carrying out law popularization in an all-round way,constructing socialist legal culture with Chinese characteristics and building China under the rule of law in the new era.XI Jinping’s important exposition on universal law popularization covers the contents of popularizing the law and popularizing the rule of law,popularizing the law and improving the consciousness of socialist rule of law,popularizing the rule of law and promoting the spirit of socialist rule of law,popularizing the law and building a socialist legal culture.XI Jinping’s important significance of the popularization of the law is a new realm for the Sinicization of Marx’s rule of law theory,which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of China’s socialist rule of law,and a new blueprint for the realization of China’s great rejuvenation of China’s dream,and it has contributed theoretical achievements to the exploration of the law of socialist development in the contemporary world.
