摘  要:目的探究钛种植体表面载银涂层的构建及其对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)的抗菌效应,为钛种植体表面抗菌改性提供新方法。方法利用阳极氧化法在纯钛表面制备出均一的二氧化钛纳米管(TNT)结构,并通过层层自组装的方法将载银的壳聚糖与肝素在TNT表面交替吸附沉积,构建载银多层膜涂层。扫描电子显微镜、接触角测量仪、X射线光电子能谱仪以及紫外分光光度计对样品进行表征检测,并与Pg共培养,观察其对细菌的抗菌作用。结果表征检测证实载银多层膜成功沉积在钛片表面,并改善样本亲水性。细菌试验显示载银显著提高了钛种植体表面抗菌性能,同时随着银浓度的增加,抗菌效果增强。结论钛种植体表面载银涂层可有效抑制Pg的生长及生物膜的形成,有望提高钛种植体表面的抗菌性能。Objective To investigate the construction of silver-carrying coating on titanium implants and its antibacterial effect against Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg),and to provide a new method for antibacterial modification of titanium implants.Methods Titanium dioxide nanotube structure was prepared by anodicoxidation on the surface of pure titanium,the silver-loaded chitosan and heparin were adsorbed alternately on the surface of the nanotube by layer by layer self-assembly method,and the silver-loaded multilayer film coating was constructed.The samples were characterized and detected by scanning electron microscopy,contact angle measuring instrument,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The samples were cocultured with Pg to observe its antibacterial effect on bacteria.Results Characterization test confirmed that the silver-loaded multilayer film was deposited successfully on the surface of the titanium sheet and its hydrophilicity was improved.The bacteriological test showed that the antibacterial property of titanium implants was significantly improved,and the antibacterial effect was enhanced with the increase of the concentration of silver.Conclusion The silver coating on the surface of titanium implants can effectively inhibit the growth of Pg and the formation of biofilm,which is expected to improve the antibacterial properties of titanium implants.
